Binance’s TravelbyBit beta app is now live. It allows consumers to book flights and hotels with Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC) and Binance Coin (BNB). The platform is powered by Binance Chain and is designed to enable users to travel the world using crypto with a network that reaches more than one million flights and hotels.
Facebook’s Libra cryptocurrency project threatens the stability of financial systems, according to a South Korean financial regulator. This comes as the ECB claims the project is “a wake-up call” to regulators with regulators worldwide now having to kick into “higher gear”.
KuCoin has just launched a platform offering crypto derivatives trading. The KuMEX trading venue is now live in public beta and will offer initially a bitcoin perpetual contract (XBTUSDM), quoted in U.S. dollars, with up to 20x leverage.
R3s former managing director, Brian McNulty, has announced a new blockchain project to streamline the fund management industry. FundAdminChain, built on R3’s Corda platform, aims to bring distributors, transfer agents, custodians and other intermediaries for funds onto a distributed ledger.
The Singaporean government’s taxation agency is proposing to remove goods and services tax (GST) from cryptocurrency transactions that function or are aimed to function as a medium of exchange.

Ripple $0.396836 USD (0.25%)startup XRPL Labs is offering a first look at the company’s new banking app. The app is called Xumm and is designed to allow users to hold and spend euros, dollars, XRP and other currencies without any help from a financial institution. A new image of the platform shows an account manager with the ability to send and receive XRP, along with a transaction history and an inbox that lets users manage contacts.
Stellar $0.105192 USD (1.38%)has gained support from crypto payment startup Wirex. XLM is now live on its platform in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
Telegram’s TON token will gain support from crypto loans firm Nexo saying it will accept the gram ICO token as collateral.
